Service scope
Alpha Hub acts as a coordinating and facilitating service across RTO, Car Care, Medical, Travel and IT departments. Government fees, third-party charges and professional fees (medical, legal) are separate from our service fee and are disclosed before work begins.
Quotes and approval
No paid work begins until you approve a written quote. Any change in scope will be re-quoted before proceeding.
Cancellations
Requests can be cancelled at any point before work begins at no charge. Cancellations after work has started may be subject to a partial fee reflecting work completed.
Limitation of liability
Alpha Hub facilitates access to third-party services (government offices, hospitals, airlines) and is not liable for decisions made by those third parties, including approvals, denials or delays outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
